Keep device data out of email
Do not paste or attach hidutil device output, generated commands, LaunchAgent files, serial numbers, VendorID/ProductID/LocationID values, account credentials, keys, or other machine-specific data. Describe the macOS version, browser, public page, and non-sensitive steps instead.
What contact can cover
Contact can address the published KeyWeave interface and documentation. It cannot inspect your keyboard, run a reset, recover a Mac account, or verify that a generated command is safe for a specific device. Reproduce technical issues with the built-in sample or synthetic values.
